huhuuh.. i also started to fall in love with this product..i just tried their sodium pca moisturizer and their lipbalm..and i also wud love to try next their Ultimate White Surface Moisturizer..after saw it in your blog..hihii ;)

their lip balm is gooddd..instantly fall in love after 1st application hihi..wow i wish i could join this party..but i think no chance for me as gonna deliver soon...:( yea so surprised that their mgmt actually took it seriously ...so we shouldn't stop supporting kiehl's just becoz of one unpleasant SA ...we can always look for other SA :):)

Yes, you are right! We should support brands/companies which really care for their customers. Keep up the good work, Kiehl's!

There are many other nice Kiehl's SAs out there. But I haven't tried their lip balm. Heard so many good stuff on their lip balm, and it seems their scent is very nice. I think if I am not mistaken, they are having some promotion with their lip balm. Gotta check it out!

Personally I have not tried Kiehl's product yet, but I heard so much about their lip balm. I also did not take advantage of their sampling promotion to try out any products *sad*.

Seriously interested after reading how they attend to complaints by you & lisa. Especially amazed at their apology gift basket to Lisa, you hardly see companies giving generously these days. IMHO, a little generosity goes a long way.

Take note all retailers. Customers know when you stinge, and they will in term stinge too.

Their sampling promotion is ongoing...'try before you buy' is a permanent feature in their outlets, well, unless you meet with horrible SA like the one Lisa encountered. But I think after I highlighted this, all the SAs shouldn't be so stingy with samples anymore. After all, it's company's policy to give out samples!

Have not tried their lip balm! I wonder if it's better than normal Vaseline? Are their glosses just as good?
